Learning Community

Communities, even web communities, need to be built from the ground up. We need your best ideas and your creativity to shape learning communities inside our Academy. Should we build communities based on job roles (e.g. middle school art teachers; special education paraprofessionals) or on geography, or pedagogical interest? How do we shape web communities that are manageable in size or in required resources? What elements are most important to shape a real community—chat? Threaded conversation? Resource pages? Help be an architect of our learning community.
