The 2nd annual Diplomas Count is here. And now through June 25, 2007,  EdWeek is offering free access to it online.

Diplomas Count examines college and career readiness and provides an analysis of high school graduation policies and trends. The report was produced with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
