Airline Discount Information

Take an additional 2% - 7 % percent off restricted airline fares to Atlanta, GA on American and United Airlines by using the airline codes listed below. If you purchase your airline ticket at least 30 days prior to departure, the discounts may increase up to ten percent. The discounts are available by making arrangements directly from the airlines or through a travel agent using the meeting codes provided below.

As NEA's preferred airline, if you book your travel at www.united.com, you will receive an additional 3% (three percent) discount off United published fares, regardless of when you make your reservation. While Delta no longer offers meetings discounts, you may include NEA’s Sky Bonus number to help us earn free tickets while you continue to earn your personal frequent flyer miles. These free tickets are used to pay for higher fares.

Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service
The official provider of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service. Shuttle fares are $16.50 each way downtown, but NEA attendees can enjoy a $6.00 savings on round-trip fares. Visit www.taass.net/index-4.html. Click the “group rate” tab even though you aren’t booking for 10 or more people. It will automatically give you the $27.00 rate to downtown properties and $31 to midtown.

An Airport Shuttle Service representative will be posted at the convention center to sell tickets and assist with delegates who wish to depart for the airport from the Georgia World Congress Center on July 6^th.

The Shuttle Service does not provide paratransit service. Those requiring this service should read about services available from MARTA, http://www.itsmarta.com/accessibility-Mobility.aspx.
