NEA Handbook

2012 Handbook
 

The NEA Handbook is published primarily as an e-book online for use by Association leaders, national and state staff, members, and other interested persons in the field of education. The Association’s key governance documents—including the Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules, and the Legislative Program, resolutions, NEA Policy Statements, and new business adopted for the current program year—are included in this volume. The handbook also provides general information on governance, program units and staff, strategic goals and core functions, and membership.
