NCUEA Role in Social Justice

Schools should be safe, welcoming, affirming learning environments for all who work and learn within their walls. Communities should be reflective and respectful of all who live and visit their diversity of those that inhabit them. When either is threatened, NCUEA proudly supports affiliates in advancing our social justice values through a no-holds barred brand of unionism that’s unwavering in the fight for racial, social and economic justice in public education.
