NEA International Relations

The Office of International Relations manages NEA membership in  Education International (EI), articulates NEA policy in international forums, and maintains communication with EI affiliated national education unions around the world.  The office analyzes international educational experiences and incorporates relevant learnings to NEA's strategic priorities. 

The Office of International Relations monitors and works with the United Nations, intergovernmental agencies, and international non-governmental organizations on issues that affect children, education, the education profession, women, and human and trade union rights.
