Join NEA and Educational International in celebrating World Teachers' Day on Oct. 5, 2004.

Each year, Education International launches a public awareness campaign to promote the importance of educators around the globe. This year, 345 education unions from 165 countries will mobilize to ensure that all children have access to quality schools and qualified teachers.
