MLT/MARLC NEA-FUNDED PARTICIPANTS: MLT/MARLC-NEA FUNDED are participants selected by their state president but funded by NEA to attend the MINORITY Leadership Training (MLT) Seminar and the NEA Mid-Atlantic Regional Leadership Conference (MARLC). All confirmed NEA-funded participants will be housed at the the Hyatt Regency Louisville, and the room and tax for three days (January 24, 25, and 26, 2008 will be direct billed to NEA. Make your hotel reservations at the:

I am MLT/MARLC-NEA FUNDED participant

NEA-MLT-Funded must attend the MLT Seminar and the MARLC.
The NEA conference room rate is $132.00 for single/double and $152 for triple/quad occupancy plus 15.01% tax.
Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, January 2, 2008, and you must register at the Hyatt Regency Louisville.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 noon.
Valet parking is available at $11 daily. Self-parking is available at $9 daily.

NON-NEA-FUNDED PARTICIPANTS: All other participants must submit a MLT seminar registration fee of $85 on or before January 2, 2008. The MLT seminar registration fee includes all group meals, breaks, reception, and conference materials. Please make checks or money order payable to NEA. Mail to Monique Bailey, 1201 16^th Street, NW, Suite 616, Washington, DC 20036 before January 2, 2008.Lodging for ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANTS—participants who are paying their own registration fees and expenses, or those funded by their local or state association—should make hotel reservations at the:

The NEA seminar registration fee is $85. You will receive instructions on how to pay the registration fee when you register online.
The NEA room rate is $134 single/double, $144 triple, $154 quad occupancy per night plus 15.01 % tax.
Hotel reservations must be made by Thursday, December 27, 2007, online at http://cwp.marriott.com/sdflm/neamidatlantic or by phone at (800) 533-0127.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m..
