Hotel Rate &Hotel Info

$223.87 is the NEA rate per night for single or double occupancy, which already includes 12.5% tax. Reservation cut-off is September 10, 2007. Call (843-722-0600).  All rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Francis Marion Hotel

We encourage all participants to register and make hotel reservations as soon as soon as possible. All state team members will be housed at the Francis Marion Hotel. Because of the limitations on hotel space at the Francis Marion, we have secured an overflow hotel. If all additional participants cannot be accommodated at the Francis Marion, we will direct them to the overflow hotel as necessary. The Embassy Suites has limited rooms blocked for NEA. $249 plus 12.5 % tax is the NEA rate per night for a suite.  Call (843-723-6900) to reserve your room before September 10, 2007.

General Agenda: The Seminar will start at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, October 12, with two rounds of pre-conference sessions. There will be an orientation session for state team members at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 12. Then, on Friday, the first general session begins with dinner at 6:30 p.m. The seminar will conclude on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at 12 noon.
