Sprint's 'Project Connect'
Recycled Cell Phones Can Help Keep Kids Safe Online
By recycling your cell phone you can assist educators with teaching students about the smart use of the Internet, cell phones, and other forms of telecommunication. The proceeds from recycling cell phones provide the NEA Health Information Network with support to develop resources and tools that educators can use for this project.
There are three free and easy ways to recycle your cell phones, PDAs, and chargers:
- Print a free postage-paid label and mail. Go to www.sprint.com/projectconnect and click on "Free mailing label" in the "Related Links" box at the top-right corner of the screen to get a postage-paid mailing label online.
- Go to your local participating Sprint store to pick up a free postage-paid envelope.
- Call NEA HIN at (202) 822-7570 to have free postage-paid envelopes sent to you.
