Works4Me Email: Official Survey Drawing Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes is managed by the National Education Association, 1201 16th St. NW, Washington, DC, 20036.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons age 18 and older who were directly contacted to take part in the survey. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by following the link in your email invitation to the survey Web site. All entries become the exclusive property of the National Education Association, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Note: Survey completion is necessary to enter the drawing. After completing the survey in its entirety, you will be asked to enter the Sweepstakes by entering your name and email address. The Sweepstakes will be open until Friday, June 9, 2017, and may be canceled at any time at the National Education Association's sole discretion with or without notice.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by email within 14 days of that notification by replying to the email notification with their current postal address. Prizes will be mailed within 14 days of receipt of prizewinner's claim. The National Education Association is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 14 days of notification, prize may awarded to another randomly selected winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

Condition: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the National Education Association, which shall be final. The National Education Association, agents and representatives of the National Education Association, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the National Education Association that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The National Education Association reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold the National Education Association and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the National Education Association, its advertising, promotion, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes.
