The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention brings you BAM Body and Mind, a website dedicated to motivation and inspiration to get kids moving! There are kid-centric links about diseases, safety, and nutrtition. "The Extras" section allows kids to interact with other "kid experts" about health and nutirtion and to share their stories with other real kids who are trying hard to do what's best for their body and mind.
