This site offers downloadable resources, including CEP’s Eleven Principles of Effective Character Education. This includes CEP’s Quality Standards scoring rubric, so the Quality Standards stand-alone publication will no longer be needed. The new Eleven Principles includes updated language to reflect current movements within education and best practices.
