Easy Chocolate Gift

My Food and Nutrition classes prepare 5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cakes for a great holiday gift. They bring in their mug of choice and I provide the ingredients. I print the recipe on a half sheet of colored paper. They wrap the mug with cellophane and tie the recipe with ribbon. This is also good for Mother's Day.
