For review basketball, I use a sponge ball and wastebasket. I make a list of twenty or more questions on the subject we are currently studying. I divide my class into groups of any size. I call on groups sequentially to answer a question and set a time limit. If a group answers correctly, a member of the group gets to shoot a 'basket' from a designated place in the classroom. If a basket is made, the team scores a point, which is recorded on the board. Using this method, I have found that the information is shared with everyone and test scores have improved.
