Flyswatter Game

December 20, 2006

Here's a fun math game I learned from a friend. Write a variety of numbers on the board and give a mathematical condition or property such as, a prime number, a multiple of 3, or a factor of 35. Two students stand at the board with flyswatters and try to be the first to slap a correct answer. More than one correct answer could be possible, depending on the question. Each correct slap earns the team a point. This could be played in numerous classes depending on what is written on the board. The kids love it!
