The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (http://nlvm.usu.edu/EN/NAV/VLIBRARY.HTML) offers a fantastic array of Math Manipulative activities for preK-12. I've used it and I love it. The best part is -- it's FREE! They also offer a CD for standalone use, which includes extra goodies. Check it out.
