Signing for Restroom Breaks

So that the class isn’t interrupted when students need to use the restroom, my students use a sign language R to ask permission. Simply cross your middle finger over your index finger. I then nod or shake my head. So that I know someone is out of the room, I have the kids place a large wooden B or G on their desk when they leave.
