One potential source for leadership skills resources is your local Boy Scout office. Go in and look at the literature and ask for the name and phone number for the person who does Junior Leader Training.

The Boy Scouts of America is very focused on teaching leadership in fun ways. The boys don't even know what they are learning. Having been a Scoutmaster for eight years, I find much of it has crept into how I teach my Foundations for Life class, a four-year class for learning disabled kids who need some life skills training to prepare for post-high school.
