Billed as a major television event, this series presents six prime time documentaries about where we are in a post-September 11 world, and how we got here. Journalist Robert MacNeil narrates throughout as each segment examines the conflict between Islamic fundamentalism and American society. After five years in Iraq, MacNeil says, the consequences for our future are just beginning to come into focus.
