on Retaining Quality Teachers
While attending the 2004 Education International World Congress , NEA officers, other national and state affiliate leaders, and members talked in videotaped interviews about the value of recruiting and retaining quality teachers. Eva Gonzalez, an NEA Board of Directors members from Texas, Pennsylvania teacher Susan Grimm McCoy, and Brígida Rivera Ródriguez of Nicaragua are featured this week.
