Congress: Do More to Protect Children from Gun Violence

Congress passed the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act this summer, but we can’t let that be the end.

Take Action

Tell Congress to keep our students, educators and communities safe from gun violence.

No matter where we live or what we believe, we all want our children to live happy, healthy lives.

Yet unfortunately, firearms are the leading cause of death for children and teens in America.

That’s why earlier this summer, educators, lawmakers, and concerned communities came together to pass the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act through Congress.

This historic legislation is a step in the right direction, and we need more actions like this from our nation’s leaders. But, more needs to be done to keep our students and communities safe from gun violence.

Send your members of Congress a message in support of common-sense gun reforms like expanded background checks, assault weapons bans and more.
