At a time of national division and uncertainty, one thing is clear: educators must recognize their own cultural biases, privileges, and experiences to ensure they attend to the critical questions and implications of diversity, equity, and cultural competence. This will allow them to create inclusive and effective learning environments for themselves and their students.
Faces and Globe

In our NEA Online Diversity, Equity, and Cultural Competence (DECC) facilitated courses, education professionals practice, learn, design, and implement educational action plans tailored or matched to the unique needs of individual students to create more inclusive classrooms.
