Why Leadership Development Matters for Educators

The Leadership Summit is one of the experiences the National Education Association provides for members to develop their leadership competency. In this video, NEA explains why leadership development is key for developing practitioners and association leaders, at all levels. For more details about the NEA’s Leadership Competency Framework and the annual Leadership Summit, go to www.nea.org/leadershipdevelopment.
