Create a Fair Immigration Process

We need an immigration system that is humane, functional, and just—one that respects all people and maintains America’s commitment to liberty and justice for all.

Take Action

Urge your senators to support an immigration process that is humane, functional, and just.

Undocumented immigrants include Dreamers, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders, and essential workers on the frontlines of our nation’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic that has cost 600,000 Americans their lives and exacerbated racial and economic inequities.

Permanent protections and pathways to citizenship for undocumented immigrants should also be included in any legislation that moves forward via budget reconciliation.
