Say No to More Money for ICE and Border Patrol

Our tax dollars should help families thrive, not separate them or lock them up.

Take Action

Say No to More Money for ICE and Border Patrol

The Republican majority is using the budget reconciliation process to give ICE and Border Patrol $72 billion on top of the $170 billion provided by last summer’s reconciliation package.

Meanwhile, masked ICE and Border Patrol agents continue to instill fear in our students, harass our families, and abduct neighbors from what should be places of safety and care, including schools, churches and hospitals. These actions are traumatizing students, families and educators, and directly disrupting learning.

Only the full withdrawal of ICE and Border Patrol—on and near school grounds, and in communities—will make our students and families safe.

Instead of no-strings-attached funding for ICE and Border Control, Congress needs to focus on preserving our freedoms and the core values of our Constitution: liberty and justice for all.
