Take Action

Say No to More Money for ICE and Border Patrol

Masked ICE and Border Patrol agents are instilling fear in our students, harassing our families, and abducting neighbors from what should be places of safety and care, including schools, churches and hospitals. These actions are traumatizing students, families and educators, and directly disrupting learning.

Only the full withdrawal of federal agents on and near school grounds, and in communities, will make our students and families safe.

Instead, the Republican majority is using the budget reconciliation process to give ICE and Border Patrol another $64 billion without meaningful guardrails—on top of the $170 billion provided by last summer’s reconciliation package.
