Current research suggests that educators today may need more classroom management skills to help their students manage increased distractions from social media influences, rising levels of anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues that can affect focus, behavior, and interpersonal interactions, making classroom dynamics more complex.

To help educators address these challenges, NEA offers online blended learning classroom management courses that provide research-based strategies and reflect on how practical classroom management skills may influence educators and their students, ultimately leading to better educational outcomes.
