The National STEM Fellowship, in partnership with the National Network of State Teachers of the Year (NNSTOY) and Voya Financial, has created three STEM Career Engagement Guides for Educators. The guides can be used to optimize student interest in STEM careers by providing high-quality engagements with STEM professionals in the classroom.

The guides will help educators develop a deeper understanding of the need for exposure to STEM careers and gain expertise at providing high-quality student STEM career exposure experiences for all students. The strategies are culturally and linguistically responsive to all students, will work in rural, suburban, or urban settings, and are honed specifically for each grade level.
