The NEA Teacher Evaluation and Accountability Toolkit was created to help state affiliates implement the Association’s policy on teacher evaluation and accountability. It is also designed to help state and local affiliates help members understand four key issues: teacher evaluation, peer assistance, peer assistance and review, and fair dismissal.
