Teaching today calls for more than resilience; it calls for renewal. Reset. Reconnect. Reignite. is a four-session professional learning series designed to meet educators where they are and move them toward where they want to be: thriving, purposeful, and fully equipped for the classroom of today.

Why This Series?

Practitioner-led and peer-credible: Developed by and for classroom educators and grounded in the lived experience of the nation's most recognized teacher leaders.
Flexible delivery: Each session works as a standalone 60-minute experience or as part of the full series. It can be presented either virtually or in-person.
Action-oriented: Every session moves participants from reflection to application, leaving participants with something concrete to use immediately and every day.
Timely and relevant: Directly addresses the back-to-school priorities, behavioral challenges, and teacher wellbeing needs educators are navigating since the pandemic.

Session Descriptions and Registration

All sessions run from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. ET. Each session stands alone as a complete 60-minute experience and can be offered independently or as a full series. Learn more about each individual session and sign up using the forms below. 

August 18: Reset—Design and Lead a Responsive Classroom in a New Era

Reset—Design and Lead a Responsive Classroom in a New Era will look at ways educators can rebuild systems, structures, and routines that meet students where they are today. During the session, participants will explore practical frameworks for back-to-school planning and responsive classroom design.

September 1: Reconnect—SEL as Your First Strategy: Addressing Challenging Behaviors Through Connection

Reconnect—SEL as Your First Strategy: Addressing Challenging Behaviors Through Connection will empower educators to use social emotional learning as their most powerful classroom management tool. During the session, participants will explore evidence-based strategies for reaching even the most difficult-to-reach students.

September 15: Reignite—Back to School, Back to Purpose: Reclaiming the Joy of Teaching

Reignite—Back to School, Back to Purpose: Reclaiming the Joy of Teaching will help participants reconnect the reasons why they became a teacher. During the session, teachers will explore practical tools for entering the school year with renewed energy, clarity, and joy.

September 29: Thrive—Sustaining It: Habits, Boundaries, and Community for the Long Haul

Thrive—Sustaining It: Habits, Boundaries, and Community for the Long Haul will help participants build the habits, boundaries, and professional community that make thriving last beyond the first week of school and throughout the school year.
