Public Service Employees

Working together, we provide public education and public services to our students and communities.

North Dakota United, seen here at the 2019 Representative Assembly, proudly represents educators as well as county and municipal employees.

The dedicated city, county, and state employees in our union provide a wide variety of services, from highway patrol officers to nurses, from wildlife biologists to accountants.

Public service professionals:

  • Keep our communities and neighborhoods safe
  • Keep our drinking water and food supply clean
  • Conduct research that creates new businesses and jobs
  • Educate our children, young people, and adults
  • Help us stay healthy
  • Protect our most vulnerable citizens—children, seniors, and others
  • And much more.
